The Chapel Hill STRA is excited to share the following announcement from our friends at Becoming rentABLE. Please contact Becoming rentABLE with questions or to apply.
Becoming rentABLE: We’re thrilled to share an exciting opportunity for the North Carolina STR community. Becoming rentABLE is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company to launch a groundbreaking campaign supporting individuals with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA). The goal is to secure 100 verified accessible properties, including 25 in the Triangle.
For participating properties, this is more than just a listing—it’s a chance to gain national visibility. Selected rentals will be featured in a high-profile media campaign, with promotional efforts beginning June 25 and continuing through September and November. This campaign highlights your commitment to accessibility, connects you with a highly engaged audience, and positions your property as a leader in inclusive travel.
Together, we can create opportunities that benefit both travelers and property owners while showcasing North Carolina as a leader in accessible short-term rentals.
